Random info dump! owo Tally is nationally recognized for her research into fire ecology in the Tall Timbers Research Station. Her area (The Red Hills region of the Florida Panhandle) is actually one of the most biodiverse places in the United States, and relies on fires to maintain its ecosystem. She's a bit of a pyromaniac, like how her dad was in his youth.
She is also home to the most powerful magnet in the US, which can create a magnetic field about a million times stronger than that of the Earth. Might be able to ward off storms? Tally has a suspicious "dome" which causes storms to part south and north of her, and suspiciously 2018's Hurricane Michael was thrown off course to the west of Tally, while previous forecasts predicted her to be in the center of the storm.
Being home to numerous Univerities, she is very intelligent and studios, but also loves to party and have fun. A college town and the state's capital, Tally is very interested in science/agricultural and law/government, as well as sports, especially football and basketball. She also loves music and marching band. Tally has a little quirk where she writes her name with the "T" as a star, as seen here.

Yeah, this is 100% subject to change. This was from 2015-16-ish and I don't think it's too accurate anymore. But I'll put it here as a placeholder.Tally is a playful, competitive she-cat who can be very rude and has a short temper, but she hides this by acting friendly around her good friends. She has mentioned that she enjoys a good prank, but after one too many, she snaps. She likes to rant on about being "cool" and how everyone else is "lame". Apparently, Tally harbors a kind, caring attitude that she hides behind a rude facade, and when in danger, friends come before everything else.
History
History lesson, Tallahassee edition! owo" The name "Tallahassee" is a Muskogean word translated as "old fields" or "old town". Tally became the capital of Florida, then the Florida territory, in 1824. She was chosen because she was roughly equidistant from St.Augustine and Pensacola, which had been the capitals of the Spanish colonies of East Florida and West Florida. Tally was at the heart of Florida's Cotton Belt and led the state in cotton production. In the Civil War, Tally was the only Confederate capital east of the Mississippi not captured and burned by Union forces. After the Civil War, much of Florida's industries moved to the South and East, a trend that still continues today. In the 1960s, Tally's job as capital was almost given to Orlando, but it didn't happen and the 1970s saw a long-term commitment by Florida to the capital city with the construction of the new capital building (the third largest in the nation) and the preservation of the old Florida State Capitol building.

[ Half-Brother ] Tally, Austin, and Agustín only recently found out about their half-brother, and have yet to really get to know him or form a bond with him. They were quite shocked at the news, and after meeting him, they mostly think he's a bit weird, to say the least...
Ansgar
[ Childhood Friend ] Like Agustín and Agenta and Austin and Birger, Tally grew up with Ansgar, due to both their mothers having kits around the same time. When both pairs of siblings became couples, everyone expected Tally and Ansgar to follow suit, but they were determined to "break the cycle" and didn't end up together, they just stayed friends. Tally found Cisco, and Ansgar has had a few partners, but never truly settled down with anyone.
