Neema is a carefree Yol, not worrying a whole lot about the world around her. Things happen for a reason and she's not one to question why. She is a dare devil and loves to bet on stupid things she or her friends can do, though this often results in injuries. She loves motor cycles and tinkering with them, although she isn't very good at it.
As much as Neema loves her motor cycles and engineering them to go faster, her passion lies with tattoos and the art behind it. While she isn't legally a tattoo artist, she is quite good at what she does. Neema also is quite a compulsive gambler, mostly due to her own overconfidence in her own skills. Usually when she loses a bet, she will double down and try again.

Summary
Neema had a hard upbringing in Junction City. Her family living in poverty for years untill her parents were murdered by anti-Yol people and barely escaping with her life. She was about 12 years old when she had to fend for herself and live on the streets, which luckily enough for her, was something she was quite used to. It took Neema some time to adjust to the street life, although some family friends grew increasingly concerned about her well-being and her refusal to stay with them. A few months later, Child Protective Services were called to pick her up and put her in a foster home.

Design
• Neema shaves her head. Her hair is the same color as the dark stripes on her tail and horns.
• Her flesh and blood are yellow.
• Her horns are curved and always have three big stripes on them, the ti is always dark.
• The tip of her tail is always dark, as is the base of her tail.
• The stripes on her face connect with the ones running down her neck.
Trivia
• She got her nickname NyQuil after a competition of who could drink the most bottles of NyQuil and not fall asleep.
• Her tail is pretty flexible and strong, allowing for her to grab and hold onto things.
• Neema has broken both her legs on multiple occasions, resulting in several small scars across her legs.
• She dreams of getting a koi fish sleeve on her right arm.

Links
Maroone
The two are very close, despite coming from entirely different backgrounds. Neema is very comfortable around Maroone, usually acting around her as if she's family. She also often tends to squat at her home when she can't stay with Paint Thinner and his family.
Paint Thinner
Paint is an old fatherly figure towards Neema. She trusts the MTT a lot and still likes to spend time with him.
