Basics
Xavier is every bit the way he looks. He's a man filled to the brim with confidence, experience and wisdom. Though he's well-versed in life, he's always got a smile on his face and tends to be in high spirits at all times. He's loud and boisterous, and quite chatty. He's also good at secrecy, able to deflect questions about himself and get the other person to talk about themselves. Trust isn't something he gives away so freely, being a former mercenary.
Xavier is naturally tanned. He has an undercut, with most of his hair flipped to one side. He has an "x" shaped scar on his left (your right) cheek. He also has red stud earrings on both ears, but only his left (your right) ear has the silver hoop earring at the top of the ear.
He also lost use of his left (your right) arm, thus it lays limp in the sling at all times. He also wears a cape to mask his sling when out and about. This is optional! Feel free to draw him with or without it.
At one point in time, he was a left handed person. Having lost the use of his left hand, he's now able to use his right hand.

PERSONAL SKILL
Xavier fell easily into the life of a mercenary, and became incredibly skilled with weapons and hand to hand combat. His style is unrefined, as it's self taught. He tends to use brute force since it gets quicker results.
SOLO SKILL
- Name: True Sight
- Range: limitless
- Influence: A naturally distrusting man who became an even less trusting mercenary. Because of his distrust for others and his need to take care of himself in the name of self preservation, he spawned a Solo Skill that suited his work.
Xavier has the ability to see through a single wall or object. The thickness of the wall or object is irrelevant, as well as the material of the whatever is blocking his view. True to the name of his ability, he sees exactly what is on the other side of that object. Meaning, he does not see the shapes, figures or auras of whatever is on the other side. He actually sees the literal persons and objects, as though the object or wall was not even in the way. He can even see into shirts and pockets.
The drawbacks being that he can only see through one object or wall at a time. Meaning, if there is a large bookshelf in front of the wall he's trying to see into, all he'll see is the back of the bookshelf.

About
Xavier Ortega is born to a poor family, and became a bit of a delinquent growing up. He has an older brother and sister, alongside his mom and dad. At first, the stealing was just to get by having enough to eat and survive another day. However, because of the troubles the family was going through, he eventually began to use these petty crimes as a way to act out.
Eventually he began wandering, taking on odd jobs. This is how he'd slide into becoming a mercenary, and breaking off from his family. His relationship with them is fine, he just grew up faster than anticipated and began to make it on his own. Considering the nature of his career choice, he also avoids talking to them for the sake of protecting his relatives.
Xavier is a wanderer at heart, and ended up loving the nomadic lifestyle. He loves blowing with the wind, seeing new things and always being on the move. Very much like an alley cat. It's these wanderings that lead him to meet Cas in Yoria. He enjoys the man's company, and often comes back to visit.
On one of his missions out and about, Xavier gets horribly injured, the major injury being the loss of his left arm. This does dampen his spirits, as he can't take on what he once did as a mercenary- especially one known for using his fists when need be. Thus, Xavier wanders back to Yoria on his travels around. He's charmed by the town- and Cas- and honestly spends way more time there than he should. He may still leave for fun, but he always wanders right back in.

Casper "Cas" Wight

Xavier is upfront and honest that he is utterly charmed by Cas. He loves how uptight the man is, and ruffling his feathers! He did notice that sometimes his heart flutters around Cas as their relationship grew to a friendly one. Xavier often wonders if Cas thinks he's joking when he flirts with him- but it's all honest to god his feelings. He knows Cas is explaining away his advances, but until somebody else captures his heart the way Cas and his booze does, Xavier will call Yoria home. For now.
