Basics
Orla is a girl who has a refined air about her, an elegant face framed by dark locks. She has the classic beauty look to her, with the mannerisms to match. Orla was raised to be mild-mannered, meticulous about her studies and incredibly devout. The life of a Church mouse, after all. Orla is normally seen with a neutral look on her face, often coming off as serious or perhaps a bit nervous.
She has had little contact with others outside of the Church, and struggles to make small talk. In fact, she spends a lot of her time reading and theorizing. She realizes it's contradictory to her religious teachings, but she's ruled by her logic over emotion. She has a desire to understand why certain things happen the way they do, why they believe the things that they do.
It's possible to get close to her, after much gentle prodding. She'll give you small smiles and do her best to talk with you. It's not that she doesn't want to, she just doesn't know how to socialize with others.
Orla is a woman of average stature, with her hair in two, low braided pigtails. The pigtails are then tied together in a low ponytail, and then brought to the side of her head in a braided bun, wrapped with a black bow.
The black dress with blue lining has sheer fabric over the chest. It is not visible as she wears it underneath her dress, but there is a black string necklace with a small, round golden charm attached.
Orla is left handed.

Orla has been raised her entire life in the Church of Sanctus Halisa, never to be in battle. She has no battle knowledge, no ability to wield weaponry. In battle, she's absolutely a sitting duck.

About
Orla Kepner is the elder sister to Elrik Kepner, and the two were born into the Church of Sanctus Halisa. The two were raised to be a priest and priestess, and Orla proved to be an outstanding student who memorized passages quick and understood the context of what she was reading from a young age.
She rose from a low ranking priestess all the way to the top, becoming the High Priestess, an honorable position within the Church. It was likely he desire to understand the truth about their God that helped her to this point, for as she rose through the ranks, she gained more access to more knowledge. She is aware of the Entity, and that Queen Juliette and Prince Gabriel must be reunited at all costs to put the cogs in motion and help the Entity spread its reach across the lands.
Being devout, Orla typically continues in her quest of teaching others and learning on the side.
In Timeline 1 and 2, Orla remains in Sanctus Halisa and never makes a major appearance.
In Timeline 3 and onwards though, she begins to play a more prominent role. From here on out, she is appointed alongside Yulian to leave Santus Halisa and find acceptable sacrifices for the Entity. Elrik accompanies them as a bodyguard.

Orla is now one of the four sent to carry out the steps necessary for a ritual Queen Juliette is putting into motion. Orla is aware that Jonah would be perfect for the sacrifice, but seeing that Kinsley has a close relationship to the boy as well as having feelings for Jonah, she swallows her fear to wander outside the walls and fulfill her duty.

Yulian Zabel

Yulian is a fellow high ranking Priest in the Church. Orla respects him greatly, and the two are quite the reserved, soft pair, enjoying the other's company. Orla is aware that Yulian has a special spot in his heart for a fellow Church servant, Nikko. She watches this, unsure how their relationship will turn out, but she fully supports Yulian and only wants the best for him. She will give her advice or opinion when prompted, though often sugar coats her words.
Elrik Kepner [ younger brother ]
Orla is grateful that unlike many in the Church, she has a member of her family near. She's enjoyed watching him grow up, and tend to act more of a mother than a sister to him, having a natural maternal streak. He's one of the few that can get her to relax and speak candidly. Admittedly, she's saddened to know she cannot aid him in all his endeavors, as he clearly lacks confidence. She'll continue to cheer him on quietly, and always keeps one eye on him, always worried about the young boy.
Jonah Harrington [ love interest ]
Jonah was the strange outsider who was rescued from the mountaintop tragedy many years ago. Though he was kept in the Castle, Orla was a high enough position in the Church that she'd come into contact with those up high. Jonah was somebody kept close to the higher ups, considering his foreign status- and she was immediately charmed. He was so much more gentle and kind than she ever thought somebody could be, and she can tell he really has a good heart. He's got a handsome face, and it's hard for her to look him in the eyes. She's also quite curious about the outside world, and will ask him questions about what he can remember through the amnesia.
Drake Xarond [ friend ]
Drake is another outsider that picked up around the same time as Jonah, who is taken in by the Church. Orla is quick to pick up on the fact that Drake is charming, but only towards women, seeming to dislike men quite a bit. Still, he's very respectable towards her, and never has made her uncomfortable or question her safety. In fact, she'd consider him a friend, whose quite candid with her and vocal about his strong opinions. Because he is an outsider, she enjoys listening to his stories of the world beyond the kingdom walls.
