About

Born as a low class Sprinkit, Grant’s early life had him often tending to himself due to both his parents being sugar miners and were often sent far, far away. He always thought they were the heroes supporting the business and wanted to live his life thinking positively. He eventually fell into the sex industry and odd jobs as a way for income, though he had fun and enjoyed the living.

At the age of 41, already retired from being a stripper at rundown locations and starting up his bartending business, he was invited to a high class party (one where he personally wouldn’t like though it had good connections). His eyes fell upon a poor abused servant being sold during the party, a cover up for a servant trade. He shelled out his money from years of work to protect the servant and eventually brought them home.

That is when Snow, age 22, began to live and work at Grant’s Chat Noir.

Personality (in-Depth)

Grant could be seen as the life of the party. He often loves showing off and being the center of attention, though learned to mellow out and also become a listener as a bartender at his Cat Noir.

As a bartender, Grant’s style focuses on flair bartending, where he would show off his over-the-top mixing techniques and his charismatic personality. He sometimes invites other guests to host shows at the place, as long as they know how to keep the bar well-kept.

His home life consists of a studio apartment above Chat Noir, next to Snow’s own apartment that he pays rent for. On his free time before the night bar shift, he likes trying out random hobbies. Currently, it’s playing the acoustic guitar.

About Chat Noir

• An underground bar located in an alleyway in the city.
• Meant as a safe space for Sprinkits of all class, to make connections or to socialize without having class or status as a barrier
• Is lowkey and not well-advertised. However, word-of-mouth gets around and all kinds of Sprinkits gather here.
• Think of Lupin Bar or Haberdasher Bar. Classy, wooden bar counter with drinks presented behind a glass pane. Small wooden booths for privacy. There are a fee private rooms used for special meetings or as a makeshift break room for staff.

• Has Snow on a servant contract to protect them and have them on file, but honestly gives Snow all the freedom they want (and has told Snow so). They don’t expect Snow to pay back.
• Gave Snow their new name as a bartender alias. His first impression of Snow was their soft voice and gentle answers.
• Despite his flirtatious demeanor, Grant is very strict on treating customers as customers. He sleeps around with people outside, but does not use his status to pick up customers at the bar.
• Did not have a dislike for the high class until they saw Snow’s condition. However, he would not judge a book by its cover.
