I love tom nook and saw another Shruggon based on my other favorite NPC Blathers so i decided to make one based on Tom Nook while I could.

Tom is a good boy who just wants to teach the youth the power of finances and responsibility. Unfortunately because of this everyone thinks he's a cheap crook.
