This version of Neptune is 5'4.5"/163 cm tall, while the actual planet is 49,244 km in diameter. He has cobalt blue hair tied back in a ponytail, pale skin, and cornflower blue eyes. He wears a light blue infinity scarf, a cornflower blue puffer jacket, leggings and gloves that are slightly darker, and dark and pale knee-high boots with laces. He may occasionally take off his gloves and wear a few rings instead.

Neptune is fragile and apprehensive. If you want to befriend him, you'll need to prove that you're not a threat, but also not try to talk down to him. It might be difficult to do this, but he will slowly begin to trust you more and more. He doesn't like being called out on little things he does(e.g fidget with his scarf); he sees this as extremely demeaning, but he's unlikely to snap at you for doing this. It's easy to make him cry as well.

He kind of has a canine personality, if he feels extremely threatened he will resort to violence. He is a lot more powerful when he's angry.
