ABILITY
Meihui is a modern witch. She weaves magic into technology and uses electronic devices as her tools:
> Can turn on/off and operate devices without touching them
> Can code spells into programs. Eg. computer that unmutes itself and starts playing an alarm sound when it "sees" someone walk into the room (trigger type spell). Eg. Certain files or applications visible to/accessible by certain select people (hiding/sealing spell). Eg. Phone receives thoughts from a sender as text messages (like telepathy)
> Can summon viruses to attack target computers and other devices
> Can cause electronic devices to generally act abnormally and spook people out
PERSONALITY

Meihui treads carefully, giving considered thought to her actions and words. While she's actually a little shy, she also can't help speaking up when she hears an incorrect statement or getting pulled into a dispute with a clash of difference opinions. Her initial shyness shouldn't be taken to indicate a lack of initiative. She's one to take quick action in an emergency and won't hold back from giving others orders if they seem frozen. She also dislikes unresolved problems and become quite consumed when taking on a difficult task.
BACKSTORY
Many covens are bound by bloodlines, but one born out of curiosity and love for modern technology can connect all kinds of witches from all parts of the globe. Physical distances or family ties does not limit their connection.
Born into a family of magic and a world of technology, Meihui was one of the many young witches who thought, "why not both?" Her parents were more tradition-leaning, and she earned a few raised eyebrows from them when they saw her comparing notes on her pdf spellbook and "how to code" Youtube videos. But they were too happy to see how hardworking and eager to learn she was, so they let her go on her magical technological adventures without much resistance.
TRIVIA
Good at making various kinds of warm soups, good for winter
Doesn't sit around all day: goes for runs and gyms occassionally to keep up fitness
Likes being a blob in the morning though and sleeping in. Bed is comfy
