Milleou is a fink of approximately human size, whose body generates ethylene glycol, a kind of coolant, inside itself (and sometimes inexplicably in open cavities inside nearby objects, too). They have been through either some form of surgery or experimentation among other sapient species, and are considered fairly sociable by fink standards. To non-finks they seem impulsive and selfish, but not to the same extent as other finks might. Milleou identifies as female, or at least as being feminine in some respect.
