Carol

Carol is artsy and curious! She got into this whole trainer thing on accident–more on that later–and takes it rather casually. She enjoys meeting new Pokemon and making other human friends, but she’s not a great strategizer, and generally does better as emotional support for her team than actual battle support. At the end of the day, she’s just eager to help her friends out! Carol sees herself as the mediator of her team, and makes sure to keep an eye on the general feel of the team and their relationships with each other. If she think something’s gone sour, she isn’t afraid to step in and try to resolve that tension. Carol is the trainer of this story! She is not from this world and she was also not originally a human! Oops! Carol grew up in a PMD-esque world, with no humans around, as a Fletchling. One day, Zach appeared near her home, and when she investigated, both of them were inadvertently transported back to Zach’s home world. In the process, Carol was transformed into a human, and Zach was transformed into a Fletchling! As far as either of them can tell, they’re currently stuck like this. That’s why Zach wants to make it back to other followers of Arceus–she thinks they’ll be able to help the two of them out of this situation.
