Summary
Ablaze follows Carol, formerly a Fletchling living her life in a world devoid of humans. That changed when Zach, a dimension-hopping human, came along, and accidentally dragged her back to his home world, turning her into a human in the process. Zach, who is now stuck as a Fletchling (And, later, a Fletchinder), just wants to get home- but that involves getting off Fenn Island, which hasn't seen international travel in years. Now Carol and Zach travel around the region together, building a team and taking part in its second-ever league cycle, in the hope that they'll be able to convince the Champion to let them leave. Ablaze is a comic I started in mid 2019 and have been working on whenever I’m able to. I use it as a way to practice writing more complex character arcs and conflicts, as well as a way to work with concepts that I wouldn’t be able to use for a long while otherwise. I do not post Ablaze anywhere, but I love the characters dearly, and think about them more than I should. I do hope to post the comic itself someday. Carol Pixel done by FallingFeathers

Zach used to be a human! Unfortunately, Zach hasn’t taken to the whole ‘inexplicably winding up as a completely different species’ thing. It’s probably fine.
Resident Dad
Vic’s lived a long life, and decided to join Carol’s team because he thought it might be fun. He’d also like to have a word with the poachers who keep stealing children.
Fluffy Puppy
Sophie was rescued from poachers by Carol and friends, but sustains a serious shoulder injury from the incident. She tries not to let it get her down.
Perfect Child
Splash wants to adventure, and they want to make friends along the way! They’re a gentle soul, really, unless you deserve to get beaten up.
