Originally two new political figure Tresia had to work with, the course of trying to figure each other out has lead to a mix of flush/pitch feelings growing. After being asked out by the couple, he accepted and the continuously vacillating relationship between the emperor and the clown presidents kicked off.

He uses his position of wealth to make sure no one tries to kill the other for being a mutant. Encouraging his descendant's bon vivant lifestyle so Ceyion will be happy and not challenge Tresia's position.
