The Dragon_WindAngelo also sometimes goes by the alias “Nico”, since he travels around a lot and may or may not have immoral ways of getting food and supplies.
There’s only a few people he visits often, but he enjoys the company of almost anyone he comes across. Pretty much everyone has interesting stories to tell
- His design can be simplified! Please try to keep the basics at least though (rainbow back, star wings with rainbow galaxy, etc)
- Selecting any color in the palette below will tell you what it goes to, but it generally goes from head/main body->underbelly/secondary colors->rainbow gradient
- However, please keep in mind that it does not have EVERY color (I tried my best to get every color) His ref sheet linked above does have every color ^^

Though Angelo’s appearance is very bright, he is often described as having a more subdued personality and demeanor. Completely unexpected going off of appearance alone.
He’s pretty quiet, but not because he’s shy. He mostly just listens to others talk. He is very intimidating when he’s angry, and he isn’t afraid to pull out his sword if he needs to. He doesn’t make friends very easily because of how quiet he is

Angelo grew up in the unstable lands of the Rainforest Kingdom. Relationships still weren’t great between RainWings and NightWings, even though he hatched almost 20 years after the integration. However, his mother, a NightWing, and his father, a RainWing, both loved and cared for him and encouraged him to pursue what he wanted
He made a friend during this time, another young hybrid. Her name was Ocelot, and she was a RainWing/MudWing hybrid who hatched without wings. Angelo often protected her from being ridiculed by the other RainWing hatchlings, since she looked a lot different, even compared to him. At least, according to the other hatchlings. He always thought he looked so much more like a NightWing, it was just his colors that made him look like a RainWing, but he couldn’t even change his scale colors
After some years, he started taking an interest in exploring the world, and learning how to fight. His parents were nervous about this development, but kept encouraging him to follow his dreams. Over the years, he started taking lessons on how to fight from other traveling dragons visiting the Rainforest Kingdom
One of those travelers was Excalibur, a young HiveWing/SkyWing, who specialized in weapon making. Angelo managed to start chatting with him, and he convinced Excalibur to make him a weapon. Excalibur said he would make his weapon, but Angelo would have to come to him in his home in the Sky Kingdom. This spurred Angelo’s desire to travel even more, and he agreed.
After some reasoning with his parents, he finally managed to convince them to let him leave. The hardest goodbye was to Ocelot though. He promised he’d write her letters and visit whenever he could, but Ocelot was still heartbroken. Angelo wanted her to come with him, but it’d be too difficult with her not having wings. Finally, Angelo left the Rainforest Kingdom and went to find Excalibur
Angelo fully knows how to fight now, and he travels around Pyhrria collecting items and trinkets. He still keeps in touch with Excalibur, and has check ups to ensure his sword is still in good condition. Excalibur also had a friend make Angelo a jacket, for whenever Angelo travels further north
He is currently staying in the Scorpion Den, alongside Fennec. They both have a small collection of items they “found” that they either want to keep (Angelo) or sell (Fennec). Angelo really dislikes the diet of the desert, so Fennec will often go out and catch actual prey that Angelo will eat (unlike his RainWing father, Angelo is not vegetarian)
- He sometimes wears his jacket, even while not somewhere cold. He just thinks it’s cool
- He has secret pockets inside his jacket where he keeps little trinkets, as well as a small ink vial and parchment for whenever he wants to write a letter
- The gemstones in his sword are fake, painted gemstones, specifically colored to match Angelo
- Angelo took a liking to fennec foxes for no particular reason after spending time with Fennec. Fennec has been trying to catch one that they can keep as a pet
A person who Angelo had the unfortunate luck of running into. He’s kind of crazy, especially his group of friends, but he continues to visit Angelo regularly
A kind dragon Angelo ran into while traveling. Though they’ve only spoken a couple times, Angelo enjoyed their company and hopes to see him more often in the future
A SandWing Angelo met while staying in the Scorpion Den for a short time. They ended up becoming genuine friends, and Angelo visits him often still
Angelo’s childhood friend. He writes letters to her when he can, but he often can’t receive letters back because of traveling around
