Gucumatz Global Rules
- My designs are not available for Commercial or Distribution uses unless specified or negotiated, please contact me about this if you have any questions.
- Please do not make non-personal merchandise without my permission! Commissioned individual items are ok, but please do not use my official art for these without my explicit permission.
- Please do not use my designs for commercial vtuber avatars unless the design was commissioned as one or you have already negotiated this with me. If it is non-commercial (i.e. you are making NO money from streaming) then it may be used without negotiations. (Though I would still like to know! I like keeping up with what people do with my designs.)
- I will not participate in NFTs, nor are any of my designs authorized for NFT usage or sale with cryptocurrencies. If you see any designs by me associated with crypto in any way, that's done without my permission and is grounds for revoking the owner's rights to the design if I have the rights to do so and if the owner was the one to create the NFT.
- When considering Sales, Trades, and Vouchers, please refer to the rules of the closed species. If it's not part of a species, then my designs are available for any of these unless specified.
- When editing a design, please refer to the rules of the species if it belongs to one, otherwise editing is fine, but please make new art to reflect the changes and do not draw over or edit my own art.
- You may convert any design of mine into a closed species or make alternate forms, but please retain my credits when you do so. Please refer to species ToS when considering de-speciesing a design.
- When crediting my work outside of toyhouse Sianea is preferred, though Gucumatz may be used if toyhouse is specified. Including my logo (displayed as my avatar on toyhouse and used in my watermarks) is optional, but appreciated.
- I reserve the rights to use any of my designs for portfolio use, personal advertising, or work examples. I will not use them commercially without permission.
