She's a friendly, extroverted, sweet person - if somewhat immature, and with a tendency to play practical jokes that don't always land as well as she'd have hoped. Most of her colleagues still like her quite a lot.
History
Not much to say there - she's from a family with known latent magical abilities but the first one in a couple of generations who actually expresses them, and she's not technically a powerful magic user, though her uncommon affinity for technology makes her very useful nonetheless.
She had a quiet childhood, then studied computer sciences at university, took evening courses for the magic stuff, and then combined both of that to get her job at the MASCIU, where she's pretty happy.
