Victor (Clown Punk)

Wicked clown, I love him so much, and he's like my mascot I guess.
I don't have much info about him so far but he might died in 2000's and brought back to living in some strange voodoo ritual that actually worked and Victor was alive again. This is when he got his marks/tattoos on his body.
He goes with machete or axe, loves these sharp weapons a lot. Kinda creep, he's overly confident. Approaches random people, just wants a friend, mostly fails, cause he unintentionaly makes people feel uncomfortable. Sometimes gives candy to kids, and some adults, just makes him feel better, likes to see people happy. And loves rum :>>
Very loyal to his girlfriend. Loves her the most. She's actually the only person such close to him
