Rei [ Not Friends ]
Being that Keiji was a student of Rei's mother, the two have crossed paths on multiple occasions. That said, they don't get along. Keiji takes his own weaknesses out on Rei, blaming it on him 'straying from the path a lunar rabbit should take'.
Mashiro [ Rival ]
Despite it being one-way, Keiji believes that Mashiro is his rival, often trying to 'beat her at doctor-ing'. She doesn't care for him which pisses him off, especially when she is so kind to Rei.
