Rao is a Vulpix that loves to be happy. She's almost always smiling and will do whatever she can to ignore and/or forget troubling situations. This, though, can lead to problems going unsolved as ignoring things won't fix them. She can also be too quick to forgive others when they've wronged her, just to avoid conflict. She's very friendly, though, and will get along with with anyone who's friendly and not too gloomy.
