Personality:

 Rao is a Vulpix that loves to be happy. She's almost always smiling and will do whatever she can to ignore and/or forget troubling situations. This, though, can lead to problems going unsolved as ignoring things won't fix them. She can also be too quick to forgive others when they've wronged her, just to avoid conflict. She's very friendly, though, and will talk to anyone as long as they're friendly and not too much of a downer.

Biography:

 Her parents are Ninetales that are very vain, so that Rao was a bit of a spoiled little princess growing up. Having things handed to her for so long fortunately didn't leave her snobby, though, just blindly optimistic. Whenever anything broke or went wrong, her parents would just get it fixed for her. Rao was taught that showing sadness or anger could be seen as weak or undignified, but because problems were fixed for her she never learned proper ways of dealing with them. This is why she instead learned the habit of avoiding them and hoping they'd just go away, like they did when she was little. Though her parents were a bit strict sometimes, they overall were quite loving of their precious kit. Her family was originally training her in tea ceremony, but she always had too much energy and would end up messing up. So instead she got into traditional dance and she fell in love with it, though she also enjoys doing a bit of other kinds of dances too. She still had learned how to make some amazing tea, though, and enjoys making tea for others.  Rao dreams of being a professional dancer someday, and makes sure to practice her dancing often.
