A spade soldier working under Myra, and one who's not by any means above using her sexuality to "intimidate" others. She's flirtatious, controlling, and will insist a "good time" to most anyone who catches her fancy. Despite this, most of the time her advances are purely in jest and an effort to bug others by testing whether they'll say yes or not. She's happily in a relationship with a reserved and softspoken diamond- which confuses just about everyone. She's certainly the more loud and proud of the two, and the larger threat as she didn't reach a high ranking soldier position for nothing- she's got a nasty right hook and if you get caught staring at her chest she'll more than happily use it as a distraction to lay you out.
She grew up a daughter of a single mother, and without a father role model in her life she took the lead to be an independent and strong woman on her own and find her confidence in other ways. She likes to push boundaries and give people a hard time, and will resist being told what to do, but she means well and takes her job of defending the people very seriously.

Eva is loud and proud, and going to tell you what she thinks whether you like it or not. She can't stand being second best and her ambition and search for self-gratification through power is unmistakable. She does typically know when to draw the line, despite the fact that "The line" for her is pretty damned high. Most find her kind of obnoxious.
For some inexplicable reason, the only one that seems decently capable of drawing her in and controlling her to any degree is her partner, Cecil. He's gentle and softspoken, but he pulls a heartstring of hers and calms her down when she's getting carried away. He controls her by just being too innocent and tiny to ever be angry with. He must be protected.
