Being born with a physical mutation in her mouth and throat, she's had a bit of trouble acclimating. Especially since this trait wasn't shared directly with her parents. Takara got her quirk at the age of 4. Throughout her childhood, she had an interest in singing so she was taking lessons. In one lesson she was really parched and wanted to get water but her teacher insisted upon continuing the lesson, she ended up shifting her pitch out of the register of her teacher and before he could process it he had been mind-controlled into getting her a cup of water. Takara was startled by her teacher there holding the cup and went silent, he then came to his senses and was very confused with how he got there and had gotten water.

Quirk Description

By changing the pitch of her voice to inaudible on the normal level as well as seeing her target, she is able to mentally control them. She can have them absentmindedly follow her wishes/commands without them knowing. In order to keep them under control, she needs to keep her eyes on them, once she stops looking they are released very mentally disoriented. She can blink and keep control but not focus her attention on another person.

Strengths

Takara is best at stealth missions as well as long-range attacks, due to the nature of her quirk the person she controls won't be able to knowingly hear her voice since it's out of normal audible range. She knows many defensive maneuvers in order to stay safe in battle but not offensive. Also due to her quiet nature, she pays extra close attention in conversations analyzing the people she sees.

Weaknesses

Physically, her throat tends to get dry very easily since she has a wider range of pitch than normal people, she's also nearsighted which works against her quirk of needing to see people in order to have it be effective. Mentally/emotionally, she has a very strong fear of public speaking and being noticed, any attention makes it more difficult for her to function and perform well. She also feels unworthy of rewards she gets, her self worth is very low which makes her prone to quickly act without thought. With her quirk, she isn't very strong physically and is weak in hand to hand combat, typically avoiding any confrontation.

A single mother and office worker, Yasu has kept a modest lifestyle in order to keep her daughter safe. Her quirk is called 'Mild Screech' and when she's heavily emotional she can send high pitched screams which cause those who hear it to be disoriented.

Yami Neji [ Teacher ]

As the teacher of class 2-A, Yami is an enerjetic new hero who is an alumni at UA High. Her intimidating demon appearance made it difficult to overcome stereotypes which Takara related to having a rather scary looking mouth. She helped Takara overcome certain personal blocks and become a more well-rounded hero in training.
