Celestial Dragon

Tenmitsu is a long slender dragon who radiates warmth and a slight current of air even when not flying. A dragon of noble and heavenly lineage, who is far more often either hibernating or in the otherworldly palaces and other realms of celestial beasts than on the mortal world below. When they are, they have very little clue about how the "real world" functions and generally act like an uneducated but very enthusiastic aristocrat visiting the endearing common folk.
