About

Rowe is a very friendly and pleasant man to talk to. This doesn’t ever seem to change, despite the situation. He can and will casually talk about what he had for lunch yesterday while mowing down entire families with his sniper like it’s nothing.

Backstory

Rowe is the leader of the extractors! Rowe’s home universe is an alternate version of earth, with the entire planet at war. A new nation had been created which united Russia, China and Germany into one republic. This nation was quickly enslaving the entirety of the planet, and the remaining countries were scrambling to create a unit of freedom fighters to take down the superpower once and for all. Rowe was one of these fighters, a soldier from America who signed up to protect his best friend who had been drafted to fight. After a couple years of successfully protecting his friend in combat, a forest fire started mysteriously in the middle of a mission. The friend died amongst the flames, and Rowe, blaming himself for not protecting him, joined the Caravan. Rowe carries nothing but his black bolt action sniper rifle, a gun with the ability to turn into a spear to fight at close range.

Rowe's home is a universe called Cilice. A universe at war, whose conflicts were left unresolved.

• Caustic usually officiated Caravan weddings, but Rowe took over the job when he left.
