Personality: 

Otto is a usually cheery, emotional Helioptile hybrid, who despite being a working adult still acts like he is twelve! He loves going out and embracing the day, meeting all sorts of new Pokemon as he goes! In fact, that was why he wanted to be a mailcarrier in the first place! He is usually oblivious to the feelings and intents of Pokemon around him, however, sometimes causing him to overstep his boundaries and make other Pokemon uncomfortable. But, the stride in his step, and the smile on his face is usually enough to make most Pokemon at least good acquaintances with him!
However, not everything is smiles and cheer with Otto; he is prone to terrible, gruesome nightmares which he does not talk to anyone about. He is also put off and made flustered by fighting or aggression, which usually makes him spit out some fib about needing to get home before dark, or that he needs to check on someone, so that he can make a quick getaway to somewhere nicer. And, he is quite the chronic liar; he just wants everyone to be happy- and if a lie will make another Pokemon happier, then lie he will! He usually thinks that this is fine.

Still, despite all of his lies and flighty escapes, Otto is a hard-working Pokemon, and if he is given a job, he will get it done! By what means? His means. He will crush that job!!! With all of his tiny might!!!

Backstory:

Otto Anavilo-Morrisson was born in Wistryla on November 25th, to a family of five: Tammi (his deaf mother), Storma (his father) and his twin older siblings (Kenneth and Mia). Storma was a semi-popular singer, and Tammi was a writer. However, shortly after his birth, Tammi and Storma packed up all of their belongings, and left Wistryla in a hurry. They did not explain why they did this- but they did.
Otto spent his formative years living in a forest bordering a large, failing city. He and his siblings were thick as thieves, breaking into abandoned buildings and finding bits and bobs left over by their previous owners!
But there were always little challenges: Kenneth and Mia fought quite a bit, being siblings, and Tammi and Storma often did not see eye to eye. Otto always tried to keep the peace- but he was not always successful. Still, Otto kept up his cheery attitude towards life!
But everything changed after Otto met Sean.
Sean was a mailcarrier for the local postal service, and Otto was fascinated by his job! Otto began following Sean on his routes, becoming somewhat of an unofficial apprentice of the hardened Pokemon. Sean even agreed to take Otto on, and taught him how to find the best routes, which houses to avoid lingering around and where the best spots to end were. Everything was looking up from there!
That was, of course, until the post office where Sean worked went out of business, and Sean had to leave the city to look for work elsewhere. Otto was stuck by this, and felt rather sad that he had not been able to work at the post office himself.
That was, until he realized that other towns would have other post offices! So, remembering that his kind uncle Sammi lived in a mid-sized town, Otto asked his parents for their blessing to go and live with his uncle.
At first, they were against it- but as Otto continued to ask, they decided it would be all right as long as he would stay safe. He promised he would, and the plans were set!
Otto arrived in Brightkeep a few months ago, and found a job in the Harmonic Post Office, run by Amelia the Audino ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/376861364/ ). Each day has been filled with adventure in Wistryla! Even falling asleep at the wrong time could lead to meeting a new friend!
But Otto cannot help but ask:
