Main Rules

1.  You need to own my design for a week before trading/selling them.
2. Add at least 1 piece of colored art (can be sketchy) by you before trading them, as I wish for them to be used.
3. A design worth will revert to 0/their base value if obtained through trade.
4. My designs cannot be sold for a higher price than the original price unless commissioned art is added.
5. Do not up a character's worth with art that has not been added to the gallery yet.
6. If you obtained my design for free (raffle, gifted, freebie, etc) you are not allowed to trade/sell them until art is added, and until the cooldown is over.
7. Commissioned art and personal art worth is added 100% to the character's worth. Contest art, raffle art, and owed art cannot be added to their worth.
8. Redesigns are okay as long as it's still recognizable.
9. Closed trade/ Co-owns must be talked to me first.
10. You MUST have a th/toyhouse to own my designs.
11. Please ALWAYS credit me for my designs or art, removing credit can result in a blacklist.
12. Do NOT get heavily inspired by my designs and art, I allow color picking but only if the owner of the OC is fine with it and if the design is not similar to the one you color-picked.
13. NEVER Delete the profile of my designs! if the owner is off-site or so just hold onto them, or send them to my alt lukxshxka and I'll label them as owned off-site.
14. Deleting a character's profile will result in the character being re-uploaded and you being potentially blacklisted.
15. Please authorize me if you intend to hide my designs, or give me the key to them. If you're not comfy however then PLEASE just shoot me a message to let me know.
