Charlie is a main character of World Hoppers. She lived in the underworld and was next in line to be queen.

Scampi murdered her father, the king of the underworld, and framed it on Evildoer. Her mother died years ago. Charlie inherited her portal creation powers and is the only one to have them, but she keeps it a secret so nobody can abuse her for them. Her eye was scratched out by her father when she was younger.

She met Elaine while fleeing to the human world, as she didn't want to be queen. She tells her everything and they decide to go rescue Evildoer

They fled to the skies (Charlie in dragon mode carrying them) but were chased by the police. Charlie's wing got shot and they plummeted to the ground. They landed around Anton's house, who reluctantly let them in so they could hide.

They hid in the human world for a while (and Elaine and Charlie fell in love) but eventually decided they needed to stop Scampi, so they went to kill him and left Peppy with Anton to babysit.
