mild mannered but outspoken member of the tenryou commission against the vision hunt decree. well known within inazuma as a talented combatant and tutor to new electro vision holders before the decree happened. no ones even tried to even take his vision yet even in recent events. wonder why....
5* electro flex dps/support polearm from inazuma
normal attack (tenryou spearmanship: naginata of ions) - 6 fast strikes. last one is a swooping double hit, stun all enemies in their path.
sprint (the flow of electrons) - turn into funny electro particles. every x seconds, leaves a electro dream seal on the ground
skill (blossoming circuit of eternal dreams)- summon 3 small fields in a triangular rotation that deal x pulses of electro dmg to nearby enemies over y seconds. if pulse hits a dream seal, another field spawns in the dream seal's place. while any 1 circle is active, normal attacks become electro damage with an increasing additional % dmg bonus to normal attacks to each dream field on the field (max 8 stacks maybe). if switched out to another character, collected electro stacks from the last z seconds become an attack boost or some sort for the incoming character
burst (everlasting shades of eternal dreams) - summon a bigger field that disables all forms of enemy cc (???? maybe too op idk cant think of a better idea to nerf it rn). boosts electro dmg an additional x% (for team members as well) in the field, periodically dealing x amounts of electro dmg and boosting pulse damage of existing skill fields.
skills need fixing its probably too op rn. or maybe hes just scuffed bc electro is scuffed who knows...
