Pierce

Villain dude. 

"Hehe, destructive robot go brrrrrr"

Pierce is a pink, fluffy dragon, but also a mastermind of evil and mayhem. He likes to do funny stuff to robots and see how they act (usually causes destruction) and also just cause destruction in other ways. This man should be in jail.

He lives off attention, be it negative or positive, and loves to show off. He has to have the spotlight on him, one way or another. He goes out of his way to let everyone know he's behind the issues he causes, and often shows up in person when his robots wreak havoc, despite not needing to. He's both a quick talker and a thinker, often coming up with both witty rebuttals and escape plans on the fly. While not the most dangerous criminal in the area, Pierce makes sure he's the center of attention.

Pierce is also personally responsible for around half the bad things in Leap's life (most of those things are danger robots).

Small proportions. His head and eyes are large compared to the rest of him. Cape has a split think in the middle, it's funky shaped.

-Before becoming a criminal mastermind, Pierce had nothing going on in his life. He had recently dropped out of engineering school after trouble adjusting to the work schedule.
-The desperate need for attention and showing off, combined with general frustration with the world and some antisocial tendencies does not good choices make. Not to mention that Pierce did have some serious skill in engineering despite his other shortcomings. In some alternative universe, Pierce probably found peace as an Extreme Mecha Theater star. Unfortunately, in his current universe, such occupation does not exist, and so the man turned to the second best choice available.
-Pierce wears a mask and uses a false name to hide his identity, but he is also a pink fairy dragon, so finding out his previous identity took intelligence agencies less than a day
-Pierce's civilian name was Aster, but since he calls himself Pierce now, that's what everyone else calls him as well.
-He likes the ocean. Would like to visit it one day. But having a nice beach day becomes far more challenging, when you're a wanted criminal.
-In his villain lair, he is usually found without a mask or cape, in more comfortable attire. He also tries to go out as a civilian every now and then, but he's very recognizable even without the costume.
-Mentored and worked together with another villain for a while. They parted ways thanks to creative differences.
