TIPS FOR COMMISSIONERS:-
- his hair is VERY fluffy and BIG in volume and very curly. his hair type is about a 3C coil
- you dont have to draw that little puff in the middle of his head (ponytail(?)) if you dont want. there are references of him just wearing his hair down naturally too!
- he naturally has two moles on his cheeks. he draws raindrops shapes to cover them tho since he thinks its trendy (for some reason. he's odd). so either moles/raindrops can be drawn
- dont whitewash him! that is all
Ruthaniel Rutherford (Ruthie)
Age: 28
Ruthie is a very chill go with the flow kind of guy. No one's ever seen him without a smile and he's quite outgoing and friendly to all. Some might see him as a bit of a slacker on the surface but he works really hard when no one's watching.
Despite his good nature hes known to be a painfully charismatic flirt, smooth talker and an avid charmer. Because of this he doesn't actually let anyone get close to him dating-wise. People know better than to mess around romantically with him usually (but many still try).
Beneath the surface though, he's really good at manipulating people. Perhaps a little evil

Remiel - these two scheme A LOT and when I say a lot I mean a lot. common workers are confused on the nature of their relationship, bcuz they can be constantly seen whispering together. trust wouldnt exactly be the first word to label towards them, but they hold each other in very high esteem
Silas - they dont really scheme together, moreso gossip a lot. Ruthie and Silas bring out the chill side of each other, and since Silas finds it easy to relax with him they enjoy spending time together and sharing things overheard within the District. and Silas trusts that if he asks Ruthie for help he will do it no doubt
Osirus - theres something abt being around Osi that always puts him in extremely good spirits
Sigma - Hes pleasant enough with his boss
Jiri - Sees Jiri as something of a little sister. They dont mind each others company and are fine with merely having lunch together every now and then. Her deadpan demeanor amuses him but sometimes she finds his smile to be grating.
Yenma - if left alone the two of them discuss the most absurd things, which leads them to question the others at work with nonsense questions. theyre aware that it gets annoying but they do not care
Paku - theres something abt Paku that brings out the parenting side of him for some reason. It started him at first how easy it felt to care for Paku, but at the same time he always finds great joy in spoiling and ruffling his hair
Cassius - Cassius is a bit of an odd duck to understand. His eccentricities make for interesting conversations, but even Ruthie, in all his charm and wit, ends up leaving all of his encounters feeling confused. Confusion scares him. So they dont engage that much.
Malek - it's not that he hates him or anything. they dont really have much in common but he values him just like anyone else in his unit

-He's a big charmer and incredibly intelligent. He often downplays this to an extent as he prefers to come off more casual
-Adores Spicy food to a disgusting amount. He can eat it no problem without sweating, or huffing or constantly having to gulp water. It can looks scary to others at times.
