The Dixenogeneticist (or Khuler, if you're a friend / lover) was an extravagant mad scientist. He looked up to the legend of The Knight, the source of all mutation, and made it his goal to discover the secrets of blood mutations until he could eventually create one from scratch. His ambitions led him straight into the empress' court where he offered to serve her with what he'd already learned. He quickly became her favorite geneticist, if only one. She likely would've culled him for his treasonous talk of mutants if he wasn't so handsome.

His work quickly fueled her armies as he figured out how to make strong strolls stronger. She never allowed obvious mutations, but would happily let him spread any and all subtle ones that helped her soldiers. There's rumors he even changed her himself. Eventually he was commanded to make something that would let him live far past old age, but it only gave him 40 eyes before he was murdered by one of his own experiments. (Note: he's trans!)
