Has been involved in time travel shenanigans.  Do not ask about them, you definitely don't have the clearances.  Also he has no idea what in the world happened.  Knows his own great great great great (etc) grandpa, who is from the future.  Or is he?

Ears have a high level of dexterity, and his whiskers grow back.  Tries to pick them up if they start shedding, but you may or may not find some lurking around the ship.  Has minor visual trouble due to his genetics, causing light sensitivity.  Also has highly sensitive hearing.  Has an accommodation for earplugs and sunglasses but typically only needs them outside of his usual work area and home, since he can adjust the lighting and is typically not in a loud environment.

Can be drawn in the TNG or Voyager style uniforms, or his dress clothes.  Also occasionally the TOS uniform, if it is shenanigans hours.  Highly prefers uniforms that have zip open shoulders, as his whiskers are very sensitive.

A diluted cat-like alien.  His left eye is reminiscent of an albino cat eye, and patches of his hair grow in white.
