Appearance

Vance has fair skin and shaved brown hair. His eyes are heterochromatic; one is blue, and the other is robotic, a glowing teal. He wears an off-white dress shirt and grey tie, with the end of the tie matching his teal optic color. He also wears a grey trench coat and blue dress pants, with a police badge on his belt (usually hidden under his coat). His legs and left arm are mechanical prosthetics.
