Hey, please look over my tos! (I'd also appreciate if you re-check when selling a character as my rules may occasionally change). If you're confused about anything or want to check something then you're more than welcome to dm me!

• After full payment is complete, you're welcome to do whatever you want the character! Do not use the design/character to promote hateful shit (anti-LGBTQ+, nazi, racist, etc) or things like crypto or N/F/T's.
• Be aware that I may use my designs/art as examples for commissions and such in the future.
• Do not use my art or designs for N/F/T purposes.
• Do not remove my credit.
• You can re-design, trade, gift and sell a design.
  • Please wait at least 2-3 weeks before selling/trading a character! (transferring them to an alt/storage type account is okay). There's also an exception if you bought the character for someone else, I'd prefer if you let me know before hand though!
  • If you sell/trade a design please note the transaction in the ownership log/when the character is transferred. This helps not only me but future owners if the character is sold again!
  • Only sell the design for what you paid. Extra value can be added through commissioned or personal art!
  • If you decide to redesign a character, do not whitewash them.
  • You're welcome to give the character nsfw themes and art AS LONG AS both the artist and owner are 18+. If you give a character nsfw images and later decide to trade them, do not trade them to a minor
• Please do not delete designs/character profiles (or at least ask me first lol). I use toyhou.se to keep track of designs and I also enjoy seeing what people do with their characters!
  • If you want to get rid of one of my designs to the point you're considering deleting them please message me and I can take them off your hands or we can work out some sort of trade.
• Do not trade off site
• If you decide to co-own an oc I have designed, the co-owners are responsible for ownership changes, etc. And please keep the oc to a single profile!
• I do not have a blacklist for specific people but as a general rule do not give my designs to people you know are shitty.
