Striker the Basset Hound

Striker's a ball of energy. He's energetic and talkative. He could chat for hours on end and still be able to come up with more stuff to say. He could run around for hours without breaking a sweat. He's extremely friendly, sometimes too friendly. He tries to befriend everyone, literally. He won't accept no for an answer. He's also quite gullible. He's often the victim of Mezzo's antics.

Striker's also extremely expressive. When he's happy, his tail becomes a blur, he jumps around in excitement. When he's scared, he'd hide behind someone or something, often Nova. His tail would be tucked between his legs, and he'd whimper. When he's tired, he'll just drop his body like a ragdoll and sleep right then and there.

Striker can use his ears just as if they wewre his arms. His ears can carry heavy objects with ease. He can also punch and slap with his ears. Additionally, his ears can also strech pretty far. He can either shoot his ears like a grappling hook or slowly stretch it out like a piece of gum. He is also good at climbing mountains and rocky terrains, since he was born and raised in one.

• Striker was born and raised in the Crystalline Canyons, where most people either become miners or mvoe out. He mostly spends his time climbing the canyons and reading those books with interesting facts in them.
• One day, Striker met Nova, who's look for Dr. Pascal. He offers to help and become their sidekick, but they declined. Striker didn't back down and basically stalked Nova for a while, until the fox met the doctor. While they were fighting, the doctor miscalculated and almost crushed Nova. Striker cam just in time, using his ears to effortlessy lift up the boulder that was going kill his friend. After that stunt, Nova accepted Striker into the team.
• During an infiltration, the duo met Mezzo the Raven. Since Striker and Nova are both bad at technology, Mezzo had to step in and help them. She also saved them from being detected by mimicking Juno's voice. The party gained a new member!
• The team finally caught up with Dr. Pascal, but someone else jumps in to defend the doctor. While the new person was fighting Nova, he slipped and fell into the sea. The team initially decided to leave him there, but Striker pleaded for them to save the dragon. They did. They couldn't resist those puppy eyes.
• The team encountered the dragon again, this time demanding a rematch. However, this time, Charge went berserk while fighting and caused a cave-in, trapping him and Striker together. Striker took the time to befriend the dragon because, "Since we're working together right now, we're friends, right?" This moved Charge so much he second-guessed himself and ended up joining the party after they got out of the cave.
• idk at this point, probably the final boss fight between team Nova and Juno I guess? Before the final battle, Dr. Pascal helped team Nova in hopes of saving his wife.

At first, Striker sees Nova as a superhero—the man, the myth, the legend. After Nova accepted his friendship, he started to see them more as an older sibling than a hero. He still looks up to Nova though.

Striker and Mezzo get along quite well. Since Mezzo is the oldest, Striker believes that she knows the most out of the three of them, thus going to her for advice.

Striker was initially afraid of Charge, but after Nova and Mezzo saved the dragon, Striker's opinion on him changed. He's also the one who defended Charge after escaping from the cave.

Striker originally hated Dr. Pascal. After a while, he sees the doctor as a sort of villain who's bad at his job. After saving the world or something, they would keep in touch and share facts and stuff.

Striker's terrified of the dragon lady. He would rather not think about her.

• I created him before Tangle the Lemur became a thing. The pain of having a character that has a trait similar to that of a canon character 😔
• Striker is the strongest member of the team, going by physical strenght alone.
• Striker can cook basic meals such as omelettes and spagetthi.
• Striker can juggle with his ears, but can't do it with his hands.
