Charge the Dragon

Charge can absorb electricity in order to power himself. With enough power, he's as fast as lightning, though he could only run in a straight line. Due to this, he usually "jumps" around when he's moving. He could also redirect the electricity inside of him as a lightning bolt or a ball of lightning, if he wants to. However, if he absorbs too much energy, he'll go into overcharged mode, where he basically goes berserk until he runs out of power.

I'm lazy so uh, doing it as a bullet list I guess

• Adopted by Dr. Pascal and Juno, and also works for them
• During one of the battles between Team Nova and Dr. Pascal, he steps in to help the doctor. Ends up almost drowning because he couldn't brake in time. He was saved by Nova and Mezzo.
• In another encounter, he went berserk and ended up causing a cave-in, trapped with Striker. They both eventually found a way out and became friends.
• After the cave-in, he went off alone, just wandering and contemplating life. He eventually decided to join Team Nova, after realizing that his mom is actually evil.

His adopted parents, who are both evil but in different ways. He still loves them, but he doesn't agree with their ideologies. He likes Dr. Pascal more than Juno, and still keeps in contact with them.

Charge's first and best friend. At first, they were on opposing sides. After getting trapped in an abandoned mine for a while, they become close friends. Striker was also the person who persuaded others to save him, so Charge believes that he owes the pup his life.

They have a rivalry going on between them. Doesn't help that Nova kicked Charge's ass really hard when they were still enemies.

She acts like his older sister and mediator when he gets into a fight with Nova.

• I just wanted to draw a character with a yellow palette, that's his real origin story.
• His gloves and shoes are custom-made by Dr. Pascal himself.
• He's part horse because I realized that he... He has ears and Juno doesn't. That's literally it. Also, his muzzle is shaped like Rodeo's (a horse mobian), so............
