Smiley

Smiley is a smooth-talking comms officer and ex-government-agent with a knack for pushing buttons. His flirtatious attitude mixed with his conversational skills can lead him to be very annoying to people who aren't as familiar with. Despite this, once you warm up to him Smiley is a genuinely good friend who enjoys cheering people up when they're feeling down.

Short red well groomed hair and almost always wearing a suit (occasionally a hawaiian shirt). He has heterochromia, one eye being green and the other hazel. Wears a tie with a smiley face on it.

Smiley, at one point, worked for the Galactic Government as a feild agent. When he started to notice odd things, though, most concerningly the brainwashing of Government employees, Smiley fled. As a part of his escape plan, he created a memetic image that caused anyone that saw it to forget his name, and stole a large amount of government documents for future use. Smileys escape was a big factor in the later containment breach the government experienced. What Smiley didn't realize is that he had already been brainwashed as part of an experimental sleeper agent project, which could cause him to go on violent sprees if he's exposed to certain codes.

A while after his escape, Smiley joined Ship 21 as a communications officer, making good friends with the crew. The crew has since realized that he is a sleeper, and have been working to undo his brainwashing.
