Appearance: Del is short with a very stocky build, strong with a high percentage of body fat. He has golden brown skin and is covered neck to toe in tattoos. Honourable mentions are a giant squid on his right leg, the harpy on his chest, the two headed snake on his left arm, the This Machine Kills Fascists tramp stamp, the roses on his neck and the pentagram on his left hand and Love and Rage knuckle tattoos. His hair is choppy and scruffy but very soft, and frequently changes colour. He cuts it impulsively, but dyes it to try and slow down the habit. His natural hair colour is medium brown. He has deep brown eyes, a round nose and thick eyebrows, both of which are pierced as is his lower lip. He has large animated ears which point down at rest but move frequently with his expressions, each with a small tuft of hair growing out. Other than that he grows very minimal body or facial hair. In his left ear he has an industrial bar and in his right he has three rings. His remaining piercings are tongue, tongue web and a pair of dermal piercings under each collarbone.
He tends to wear the same thing most days: a dark hoodie, his patched vest, shorts and ratty trainers. He prefers to have at least one set of limbs on show, if he's forced into full length trousers he has to have his sleeves rolled up. He always has his nailed painted, either matching his hair colour or black, and has a collection of rather ragged looking bracelets. 

Personality: Del feels like the entire world is crumbling around him pretty much every moment of his waking hours, and everything he loves is just about to go up in flames at any second. He does however, try his damn hardest to not let that stop him do anything he wants or live his life.
He works hard and always manages to keep track of the details most forget, but also knows how to play hard: partying, kicking it at the skate park or spending the whole day in bed with one or two of his partners.
On a good day and in good company he's friendly, romantic and playful, but as soon as he feels even slightly unsafe he can seem extremely defensive and hostile to protect himself. He tends to fall into the latter patterns around other men, having not many positive relationships  with them throughout his life.
He is intensely paranoid and lives with OCD. His compulsions cause him to check locks repeatedly and cut his hair without thinking.
Despite this, he is very much putting in a lot of effort to get better and has made strides in recovery, both down to the supportive friends he's made and his own efforts.

Background/Family: For most of his childhood Del happily lived with his grandmother, but after her sudden passing he was moved back in with his parents against his wishes. He ran away at 14 to escape the hellish home environment, and at this point in his life met Penny who had very much been in the same boat. The two were joined at the hip, travelling miles and miles until they eventually left the country together. After a year or so of finding a home in the new punk scene they joined, they met everyone they know today. He is close to Paeri's family and Granny Loudsong has essentially adopted him.
Del also has a dog called Duchess, given to him by his 'friend' Runla who couldn't keep her. She helps him feel safe. 

Skills/Hobbies: Man of many talents. He loves to draw most of all and has taught himself how to tattoo and pierce. He is actually pretty good and takes it very seriously, but that means he's constantly asked for free tattoos. He'll give you one if he likes you, two if he fancies you.
He likes video games and one of his most prized possessions is his gamecube, he's a bit behind the times. He mains Sheik in smash (they're absolutely his type) and mostly plays with Em.
He likes to cook, especially for other people, taught how by his grandmother.
Skate king! Paints his own designs on his boards. Dabbles in graffiti every now and then, used to be really into it when he was younger.
Can drive in a pinch, but doesn't have a licence.

Trivia: 
He has a tattoo of a purple devil girl on his leg, who is in the image of his friend with benefits in a different universe. (She's called Aiyalin, made by my friend Ludwig)
His giant squid tattoo is DEFINITELY CURSED. He has weird deep sea nightmares since getting it. Of course getting an entire leg piece for free at 16 years old isn't going to be dodgy. It does look dope though.
By chance, all his best friends are lesbians.
He smokes and is VERY good at swindling people out of their cigarettes.
He's vegan, both by moral choice and by the fact he's seriously allergic to meat and dairy.
He once broke his leg from falling 3 stories. In the same night he was convinced he was gay now because of the cute paramedic (Fletcher).
He's ambidextrous.
He's a sataninst. The cool kind... sort of. He's a bit pretentious about it sometimes.
