Aran is a university educated man from Karnaca, Serkonos. He excelled in the field of engineering and found himself some work in Gristol at the processing plants that littered the contintent. To him it was lowly work, repairing the machinery and increasing the efficiency of slaughterhouse tools. Unfortunately for him, he settled despite dreaming of higher paths.

    Fate struck a cruel blow when some of the machinery in the plant collapsed onto him, severing his legs above the knees. He recieved little assistance from the apathetic locals, but overall managed to barely survive the accident. Several botched surgeries later and the man was stuck jobless and at the lowest he'd ever been. With his expertise in engineering he set to work on creating himself a new pair of legs. With the bits and pieces of fallen and decommissioned Tall Boy stilts Aran created himself a new set of mechanical legs.

    There were many phases in refining the legs, but now Aran wears something relatively lightweight and easy for him to walk in. He never got his job back and never returned to the world of engineering outside of his own interests. Instead the man got wrapped up with a strange group of outcasts and has been aiding their goals. Aran, and a couple of his allies, were visited by the Outsider and bear his mark.

    He's also an idiot and has a thing with his boss, Harlow, but they're both too stupid to realize they like each other.
