Description

Marvin was born into a small, ramshackle community of mutants near one of the cities that sprung up after The Quake. They were loud, wild, and loved to party. He had a rough but happy childhood, always aware of the disgust and prejudice many people held for mutants. This didn't phase him at the time, but it all came to an end when his home was attacked and displaced by the petty king's forces. Afraid, he ran off alone and ended up drifting from place to place, hiding his mutant status the best he could by claiming to be various animals. While on the run he met Gin, another mutant. They stuck together pretending to be brother and sister, despite lacking much of a physical resemblance.

Eventually he was found and taken in by the school. Initially snappy and reclusive, the real Marvin began to emerge over time, as did his new AMP powers. Nowadays, he's a party animal and a 'lad', just like he used to be. As well as music and joking around, he also likes alcohol and is capable of consuming huge amounts of it with no ill effects. He can often seem immature, but will drop this front and be more respectful of a situation if he needs to be. He's a great hugger, and surprisingly good at offering emotional support. He's protective of those he cares about.
