DESIGN NOTES
- If not specified about using a power, Lightbringer's stripes should be white.
- The stripes glow the color they change to, but only bright enough to be noticeable in darkness. Not during the day.
- The corresponding pocket color also glows while being used, but with the same intensity of the stripes.
