Appearance: Fred is very tall and lanky, thin but with a fair amount of muscle definition. He has olive brown skin and monolid dark eyes. He has a very sparse mustache and beard, and wears his hair long and choppy, dyed light green, the sides of his head shaved very short. He is covered in stick and poke tattoos, seemingly without much rhyme or reason. They're mostly faded or a bit blown out, but if you take the time to look at them they're all charming. The cleanest and biggest tattoo is his Keith Haring dog tattoo on his right arm. He has two nostril piercings and spider bite piercings on the left side of his face, and several ear piercings.
Fred is nearly always topless, and when he is wearing a shirt it's usually a ratty tank top which reveals more than it covers. No one who knows him has ever seen him wearing something other than his patched pants. 

Personality: Fred could be described as insufferable. He has a good heart deep down, but he takes much too much pleasure in being annoying. He does try to be more annoying than he is mean though, and will dial it back if someone is actually hurt by him. Infuriated by him is different, he won't stop if you're angry. He loves to make noise and is constantly fidgeting with or drumming on the things around him. He can be pretty protective over his friends and has managed to keep them all out of as much trouble as he could over the years, and is actually very comforting in a strange way. Usually his method is promising to beat up whoever upset you and giving you a hug and food if he's got it, and most of the time it works.

Background/Family: Fred gets on with his family well enough but never really had anything in common with his parents or his siblings. This often is pretty wholesome, his family assuming anything related to rock of any sort to be right up his alley and not understanding what he tells them in the slightest, but still making an effort to show interest. They do however have a lot of gripes about the way he looks, and the only time hes ever seen to wear sleeves is around his parents to hide his tattoos. SOMEHOW he's so far gotten away with it.

Skills/Hobbies: Fred actually really likes swimming, and even competed as a kid but he outgrew it as an interest. For his whole life he's been obsessed with animated shows starting off with anime as a kid and coming to a head when he learnt how to pirate as a teenager, spending nearly all the time he had what wasn't drumming watching cartoons. Currently he's into a lot of edgy adultswim stuff, but is proud to say he never had a south park phase at least. He's also weirdly good at crosswords, sudoku, ciphers and the like.
