Ares

This character is... me, arespostale_art! Well, one of me's. The me that is currently writing this TH profile. It's me as a whole person. The other me's which I hope to share here one day are imagined from just a part of me. They are the parts of me that led me to create my OCs and become an artist.

Ares is a half-Japanese/half-African American girl who grew up in Yokohama and in a lot of parts of the US. Even though she's lived in the US longer, Japanese is her first language and she grew up in a Japanese-speaking home so is culturally Japanese. She still doesn’t know any American pop-culture references. 

Ares loves everything school! Studying, teaching, professional development, curriculum building, etc. You name it, she'll enjoy it!

Ares has 20/20 vision but really likes the way she looks with glasses so wears ones with false lenses. She has been driving for a year but still hasn’t driven on the highway.

Please keep my outfits baggy or PJs.
With or without glasses is fine.
I have tan skin, I just don't do a good job portraying it in my reference art.
