Redesign! I still really love this concept but I fell out of love with the old design/character. So here he is, revamped B)

His name is Twinkletoes now because I think its funny
Storywise part of the Agency (w/ Scipio) - he is the head of recruitment
I need to develop him more
He is a shapeshifter, his main form is a tuxedo cat but he can turn into anything (including objects if necessary).
He can only shift to one form per day, although he can shift between that form and his main one as many times if he needs.
He generally stays as some sort of animal, he feels uncomfortable in human form and has only ever shifted to it twice.
He can also 'steal' the appearance of others, usually making his shapeshifted form resemble them somehow. He likes doing this to everyone he talks to because it freaks them out.
As the guy in charge of recruitment he talks to a lot of new people, so he gets lots of opportunities to show off this power.
The colour changing as a result of the day of the week is involuntary. Twinkletoes cannot turn this off or change the colours, he's been stuck doing this forever.

He comes from Paw, he was one of Chien's favourite initial creations and helped Chien figure out what day/month/time it was, basically a living clock lmao. As well as changing accent colour for the day, he also used to change fur colour depending on the time of day, and change animal depending on the month. In Paw he aged slowly, and was meant to remain a child forever.
However due to Chien's inexperience, Twinkletoes ended up dying when Miskunn first incarnated in Paw. Twinkletoes was the first to die properly in Paw, and Chien didn't know to intercept him so he started the journey to Sky-high. However Et Cetera intercepted him herself, and gave the kitten a new name and a job, using the Entity's powers to make him age normally and also forget his old universe, as was policy for the first few Agency employees. Twinkletoes only aged until he was 21 and is stuck physically and mentally at that age.
The strange circumstances of his death and the volatile nature of Agency magic means he lost his visual indications of the month and day, he retains these powers in his shapeshifting though.
He is a little Agency darling. After naming and employing him Et Cetera never interacted with him until like 15 years later. Twinkletoes, upon meeting Et Cetera, decided he wanted to do everything she said and make her proud of him, and threw himself into his work to the point where he was the best at everything ever. He got promoted to the Head of Recruitment and has excelled in this ever since, motivated by Et Cetera's expressions of gratitude.
He's getting a bit bored though, after so many years of following company policy, having his fiancés constantly leave him at the altar (this happens like 6 times it's a recurring event) and just falling short of Et Cetera's impossible demands... he's feeling a little rebellious and pushing the boundaries a bit.
Scipio's constant mutiny only encouraged Twinkletoes, and he becomes unusually involved in Scipio's quest, using Scipio's problems as an outlet to explore that maybe The Agency isn't as good as he's been insisting it is.
His collar seems quite edgy, with all the teeth stuck to it. It's kind of cute though, they are all his baby fangs, instead of putting them under his pillow his coworkers pinned them to his collar for him. Because of the weird intricacies resulting from the magic that makes him immortal he has lost his baby teeth multiple times, and still does on occasion.
Twinkletoes has some pretty cat-like habits in private. He loves to daintily drink milk out of a saucer, enjoys attacking tinsel, and loves to sit in boxes. If anyone catches him doing any of these things he becomes very flustered. If you wanted to humiliate him for some reason, just scratch under his chin and he'll purr like a jet engine until he remembers where he is.
Sometimes I use him as a sona/mascot because I love him so much
