As a small child, she liked to separate him from his 'box' and dress him up in ribbons
When Papa was called off to war, daughter tried to give orsel to papa as a 'good luck' charm
But Papa refused saying Orsel needed to stay with his daughter to look after her while he was away
Daughter always kept Orsel close; praying at night for Papa to be safe
But some time after its revealed that Papa died in the war

He's been passed down for several generations as a means of protecting ones he's gifted to
