Wrong Way!! 

He's a traffic director! (a very bad one but it's okay because he's trying his best)

Design notes- 

both sides of body are symmetrical to each other (arrows continue all the way across his back)

arrow pupils can be pointing in any direction

Oh and his pawpads are the same colour as the tip of the corresponding paw
