I've been on a kick of revamping old OCs, so here is Rose. I'll type more about her later but for now I will just explain a bit of the basics.

She is convinced she is a vampire (And she might be???) She does have a bite scar on her chest that she insists was from the vampire that turned her.

She's got a stuffed animal that she brings with her whenever she travels, she believes she has stored souls in it? But she can't explain how she managed to do this.

Rose is all-around pretty crazy in general, but she is not really much of a threat. For the most part she was just running around the wasteland barely surviving because she's too wacky to know how to care for herself. She survived on food that she found, but also tried to catch and drink the blood of animals (because you know that whole vampire thing?)

BUT! Lucky enough for her, Tobi took her in, he adopted her into his own little "family" and takes good care of her now.
