My first instinct was that he could be a really cool dorohedoro fanchar, after staring at them more I really do love the monster vibe a whole lot too. Sooo Dorohedoro Au here I come lmao. Their dorohedoro self will have a cool ninja vibe, maybe some kind of puppeteer magic. For the monster idea tbh it’s more vague, could be a cryptid which would b really cool, or just a general aesthetic char to collect art of and gush over, they could almost be a dark souls boss woah...

He’s aloof and brash, a bit of a jokester in that he loves to have a laugh at others’ expense. Even then, the incompetence of others around him often leave him baffled. He is unknowable, he’s not like this because he’s misunderstood and lonely but precisely because he thrives off of loneliness
He lives in the sorcerers’ world, taking on shady jobs of a mysterious nature. He has a reputation in the right circle of people and a fair amount of connections and customers. Him and Svante are recurrent business partners. He deals in information, actions and tokens of the deceased. Only few know what his magic is. It’s powerful, but he often uses black powder to enhance it to its full extent.
He doesn’t take care in his appearance. He loves his fashion gimmick, but his hair will often peek out of under his hat because he becomes disheveled.
