Gusdente

Gusdente is the spirit of taste. It can taste the "flavour" of a person by touching them with one of it's tentacles. The flavour depends on what the person has done, while the aftertaste is how the person felt after what they've done. From the beginning of time, Gusdente tried to taste every possible flavour of a human. At first, it picked the most diverse ones, but later the required difference grew smaller and smaller, until every next person would suffice. As no two people are the same, Gusdente will never be truly satisfied, and will continue to search for new people until the human race dies. Then it'll switch to animals.

When Gusdente touches someone, they can taste the flavour of the creature, which many have claimed to be the most disguisting taste a person could imagine, that would make them puke and put them off of eating for weeks because everything began tasting like that. The victim typically does not see Gusdente, as it attacks from behind, but if they decide to turn around they will see the human-sized monster. None of the people who saw it were left alive, as Gusdente will kill and eat them immediately after, not leaving a trace.
