Frankly I don't know what is a FFXIII /s but I think this song kinda fits Noé! Perhaps more of the future. He's come to regret a lot of past actions "I could've done this, then that wouldn't happen" kind of thing, but he's tried to grow past that. However, being one of the two party members with a long lifespan, I think he'll come to regret more and more things.
