Dubbed by the Kyonus forces as the Phantom Admiral, Vivian is renown for her troops guerilla tactics and untraceability.
With roughly 10 years of service in the Sanguis military she is remarkably young for her Admiral position. This is entirely due to the high mortality rate of Sanguis leadership, caused by Kyonus orders to kill officers on sight. Despite her past, Vivian spares all werewolves that she can, and commonly takes prisoners. She has no lurking hatred for werewolves like most others- instead, she holds high contempt for their violent leaders. Her unrelenting adherence to her code often stands in her own way, but her stubbornness holds firm.

Pre-Military
At 27 she lost her extended family in a bloody slaughter. Her family was visiting relatives at a borderside small town, to celebrate an uncles birthday. Vivian and her sister Lyla were not present, as they were both busy with their education. In a cowardly show of strength, the entire town of vampire and shifter civilians were slaughtered by Kyonus General, Everest Graves. In one day, Vivian and her sister Lyla were all that remained of the Latoya family. At the time, Vivian was a top performing athlete, a racer for her academy team, and due to be sent to competition. In order to financially support her sister, Vivian dropped out of her academy racing team at the peak of her athletic career, instead joining the military.
Enlisted
Vivian quickly made a name for herself and rose up the ranks with ease- thanks to her outstanding performance in combat. Her long, white hair made her somewhat of a celebrity. Long hair is adored in Sanguis culture, yet extremely difficult to manage in the military, yet, she put in the work to maintain it throughout her service.

(Kyonus) General Clifford Adler
[ Boyfriend ] After several chance encounters, Adler repeatedly proves himself as a stupidly kind adversary. In her eventual capture, he even spares her and assists in her escape. His unyieldingly sweet demeanor keeps rubbing off on her, and continues to fog her judgement.
(Sanguis) General Cayden Blakewell
[ Ex-Coworker, Enemy ] A newer hire, Cayden is a fresh General working under Vivians watch. His self-entitled, womanizing demeanor does not make him a favorite- but she doesn't have the authority to fire a General. He harbors a crush on the Admiral that is not requited in the slightest. Blakewell manages most things at home while Latoya manages the front, including war prisoners, defenses, and stockpiling.
Lyla Latoya
[ Little Sister ] Little sister of Vivian and former middle child of the Latoya family, Vivian would move heaven and earth to keep her safe and happy. The two share a love of sketching, and trade journals on a biweekly basis in order to stay in contact.
